The top management of Novaky Chemical Plant Inc. would like to point out that the company has always been dedicated to high-quality products and services, efficient production and satisfaction of ever-increasing customers` requirements.
The quality management concept forms a standing part of price policy and its further development. We continually focus on production quality, whereby the entire company has been ISO 9001:1994 certified in 1998. Year 2000 was marked by preparations for the ISO 9001:1994 re-certification. It was successfully completed at the beginning of year 2001.
In order to fulfill our long-term plans and become a strong player in domestic and highly competitive international markets as well, we intend to keep increasing the quality of all our products. With a view to these plans our company has formulated the following principles.

• The first and foremost purpose of the company is the satisfaction of our commercial partners. To build the image of a reliable and dependable business partner this shall be considered as a continuous process.
  
  
• Our commercial success shall be maximized through customers` satisfaction and high-quality products and other services based on our permanently improving quality control system.
  
  
• High-quality products require raw materials of stable high quality. Therefore, we have to build close links and co-operation with our suppliers based on the principles of partnership and trust.
  
  
• Permanent improvement of our production quality requires regular trainings for all company employees. These trainings shall form an important part of company activities.
  
  
• Quality control and management shall be implemented using modern analytical methods.
  
  
• Some products of our company have negative impact on the environment. To cope with this problem, we shall introduce new products and technologies eliminating negative effects on environment.
  
  
• To build a pleasant, friendly and co-operative work environment, we shall support communication, provide as much information as possible, and improve the system of information flow.
  
  
• To improve the quality of production processes and increase the added value in products, we shall emphasize the importance of internal quality inspections and much use of other results as possible.
