Profiles Windows and Doors Construction - System INTERNOVA®

The window and door frame profiles - INTERNOVA® are made of white non-plasticized PVC compound by the extrusion technology at 6 m length. In conformity with customer requirements these profiles are laminated on one or both sides by decorative foils chosen from the producer sample book. The main profiles are constructed as a three-chamber and six-chamber system.

APPLICATION
Profiles are used to produce fenestration products (windows, doors, glazed assemblies). Profiles must not into contact with substances that corrupt their base material such as halogens, esters, ethers and so on, nor with hot objects.

PACKING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
The surface of the profiles is protected by a polyethylene foil. The profiles are boxed into metal pallets in which they are stored and transported. For the profiles storage, the STN 64 0090 standard applies. While stored, they must not be exposed to direct heat radiation and are to be laid surface flat because point laying leads to deformation. The profiles are transported in covered, clean and dry transportation with a means of stacking the pallets.

The presented instructions are to be considered as general and may be modified with regard to local conditions.
